Terms of Service
This is copypasted from my normal comms sheet. If you have any questions, inquire!Payment-All Payment will be via PayPal Invoice. This is to avoid scamming and allow those without PayPal to be able to pay. I will need your email for this..-Payment must be completed in advance before I can begin the art. You can place a slot and have the invoice sent but pay at a later date, but I wont start until I am paid.Process and WIPs
-You can ask for WIPs at any time, and I will most likely send them via Discord anyways if I have you added. You can find my Discord on the Contacts tab of this page.-Due to my ADHD, I can get sidetracked and hyperfixate on things easily, so my approximate delivery time is ~1 Week-A Month, but it can easily be shorter or longer, it will fluxuate. If you have concerns over me finishing by a certain time, feel free to ask about a due date. We can figure out a reasonable timeframe.-You can make an edits deemed necessary until you feel as though the piece is finished, though please be reasonable with your requests. Edits that are a week after the final product has been finished will require payment.Using my art
-You can repost this art anywhere with credit. My contacts for credit can be found in the Contacts tab, but the go-to is my Bluesky.-Editing is fine, but make it clear what you have edited and still credit me as the base art. You may not resell my art for bases/adopts/etc.Refunds and Denials-You can refund at any time, up until I complete the first sketch and you validate it, if you bought a sketch, there is NO REFUND.-If I, by any means, cannot complete your commission in a timely manner, I will alert you, and offer a refund.-If by any means I feel discomforted or not wanting to take on or continue with a commission, I reserve the right to deny you of commissioning me, or refunding you instantly.
